A security deposit will be held on your credit card at the time of your rental. The deposit amount varies depending on the type of vehicle you are renting. This deposit is held to cover any potential damages that may occur during your rental period. The full deposit amount will be released back to your card once the vehicle is returned on time, full of fuel, and in the same condition it was rented in.
We require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
We offer refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather conditions that make it unsafe to operate the rental vehicle. Our staff
will determine if the weather qualifies as a reason for a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your rental will be affected by weather.
Please bring your valid driver’s license and the credit card that will be used for the security deposit. We recommend wearing appropriate clothing for the activity and weather. We provide top of the line equipment from FXR. Helmets, goggles, coats, bibs, mono suits, boots,
and gloves are available at no extra cost to you. Bring your own under layers and socks.
Your rental agreement will specify the approved riding areas for your vehicle. Taking the vehicle outside of these areas may result in
additional fees or a loss of your security deposit. Please respect all local laws and designated riding trails.
You will get service at trailheads, but phone service can be spotty in the mountains. We do offer radio and Garmin GPS rentals.
If you have questions about emergencies during your rental, here’s what you need to know. We provide emergency contact numbers
and instructions for using our communication and GPS devices, so you can always get help if needed. Our evacuation plan and routes will be explained before your rental, and in case of an incident, just follow these routes and use the devices to ask for assistance.
If someone gets lost or separated, regroup at the last known location; use GPS and communication tools to reconnect. If needed, we’ll alert authorities with coordinates for assistance. We monitor weather conditions and will guide you to shelter if necessary. We aim to make your rental safe and enjoyable. If you have safety questions, let us know we’re happy to help.
